Simulator Support Engineer m/f)

Education MTS-ICT, with 3 years experience
Familiar with Windows (XP, Server2003) and Unix (Ubuntu, Debian) systems and their maintenance, log ﬁles inspection, etc.
Coding ability (C/C++) is a plus, but not required
Competent in troubleshooting issues with a speciﬁc distributed software application (conﬁguration check, reinstallation, etc.
Competent in troubleshooting network/connectivity issues
Competent in virus scan/isolation/removal
Competent with backup/restore of hard disk images
You will be managing remotely a server park of almost 100 nodes distributed across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia
Available to do 24/7 telephone support shifts and willingness to travel to customer locations
