Simulator Support Engineer m/f)
- Education MTS-ICT, with 3 years experience
- Familiar with Windows (XP, Server2003) and Unix (Ubuntu, Debian) systems and their maintenance, log files inspection, etc.
- Coding ability (C/C++) is a plus, but not required
- Competent in troubleshooting issues with a specific distributed software application (configuration check, reinstallation, etc.
- Competent in troubleshooting network/connectivity issues
- Competent in virus scan/isolation/removal
- Competent with backup/restore of hard disk images
- You will be managing remotely a server park of almost 100 nodes distributed across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia
- Available to do 24/7 telephone support shifts and willingness to travel to customer locations
